I’m ordering samples from a lot of companies and it would be good if these were labeled. That way I would know where to go back to, to buy more!

It has been a pleasure working with the staff of this company. I have placed 3 orders of miscellaneous tiles and all were received without errors or broken tiles. They notified me promptly on the one tile they did not have in stock. The carrier wasn't as gentle with parcel as the FRAGILE stamp requested; however, the tiles were so well packaged not one was cracked. Kudos to you folks for doing such an excellent job.

The tiles were beautiful when they finally came. And the customer service over the phone was very personal and kind, which I was grateful for. My only criticism is that the tile's colors in reality were very different from the picture on the website, so in the end I had to ship the whole lot back at my own considerable expense. People should be advised to buy just one tile initially, to check the color. Or else the images on the website should be corrected for color!

I received a very nice call about how I wanted to handle the order. Several weeks later I decided to order more of one design and solid colors to hep with layout decisions. I had called and spoke with *** about what I was looking to do. Great customer service. She called back after order was placed to discuss another color as a place holder for a sample I wanted. BUT, weeks ago before I actually paid for and finalized the deal, I spoke with an operator who was very short with me. I started coughing when I was on the phone and I could not help it and she made a rude remark to me and hung up. She said," How long is this going to last?" How rude.....But I ended up with nicer people later on and all went well.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. The staff was friendly and very efficient in getting the products to me. They have a beautiful and large selection of tile. The only advice I have is maybe train on finding ways to help people like me who don't know how to estimate how much tile is needed for a round table. Yes I did go on Google, But I didn't find it helpful.

I purchased Mexican tiles. Unfortunately, the glazed surfaces are covered with invisible cracks, which become horribly visible when thsy come in contact with any standard grout. The installer stopped when he realized what was happening. The affected tiles, of course, had to be ripped out and replaced. A specialty grout had to be used thereafter. When I contacted customer service to inform them of this problem, I was told that they had never heard of this happening before. I'm afraid that is not believable. By the way, two coats of sealer prior to grouting made absolutely no difference. In short, I'm not happy with my experience.
