I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

My 90 year old Dad can sit and do projects - so he is covering a wall in my small bathroom in these handmade tile.I ordered over 80 and they can wrapped and packaged very safely. Each tile has different colors and I love the look of a sampler wall.Previously, I ordered a sink from another on line company, but you have a much wider selection - wish I saw you first.I will order more for his next project.
