All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.

Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

I love the tiles I purchased from La Fuente. This is my second order. I placed several tiles in a dirt strip in front of two benches. They add a beautiful pop of color and visitors in my garden always comment on how beautiful the tiles are and how much color they add. I bought more tiles to add to different areas.

I ordered 12 sets of five tiles each for a total of 60 tiles. Shipping was prompt, and the tiles were really carefully packed. Despite that, one tile was broken. I notified customer service and was sent a replacement tile immediately. The tiles are beautiful and well designed and made.

These Talavera tiles are beautiful! Bright colors, great quality work, nearly identical size & pattern. I’m very happy with them, they will be the focal point of my kitchen. Perfect look for Bohemian or even French Country inspired design.3 of the 72 tiles were cracked but I don’t believe it was from the packing. All were carefully packed with styrofoam cushions above and below the interior box. Seems unavoidable risk of shipping fragile product so plan accordingly with a few extra.

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

*** was great at helping me when I made a mistake on the order and fixed it immediately & sent a copy of the revised order with the changes..... nothing was broken, shipping was quicker then anticipated.....one problem with the nine pieces , TIL540B, they measured out to be smaller then the other pieces and I couldn't fit them into what I was doing......perhaps I'll use them later somewhere else ........hope I can order again soon.....

I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

Beautiful tiles. Shipping was high but fast. Would have preferred lower shipping cost with slower delivery but wasn't given that choice. I liked the tile, not the service. Ordered a box of tile that took 4 to 6 weeks. After passing 6 weeks and not hearing back, I called and they said, oh, your tile didn't get shipped, so it could be another 4 to 6 weeks. Note, that I had ordered the same tile in a different size that is in place and I'm waiting for this smaller tile. The fact that no one contacted me, that I had to follow up, and then to hear that the tile didn't even ship is disappointing. On top of that, since I contacted them and they said they were looking into it, no one had gotten back to me, that was two weeks ago.

I purchased some tiles and one was not exactly correct. I sent a customer service request through their website and got an immediate response and a new tile was put in the mail that day. Great customer service! I would recommend this company to others. My only negative comment is that the shipping on my order seemed excessive.
