I was very surprized at what (and how) I received; perhaps your description could have been clearer (I was expecting 3D characters, rather than flat. For the price, OK, I guess, but I was especially disappointed with "faces"; I'll try to fix a bit. I do believe in doing what works, but for a professional company like you, the mailing envelope that was handwritten made me . . . . chuckle.... Scratch my head anyway. Loved the stamps, which I use personally. I'll read description of items more carefully in past.

Tin ornaments came promptly.We received just what we wanted for our driftwood tree for our casa in Mexico.I do have one suggestion; when packing items to be shipped; if you have something taller than the box you are shipping in, don't force the tall item.One of our ornaments had to be reshape because it was too tall for the box. That was the only reason for 4 stars rather than 5.
