Web site was user friendlly. Prices were excellent and variety of Talavera pottery was top notch. Once ordered there was a delay in shipping and they called me to let me know of this. I greatly appreciate that kind of service it certainly keeps that business at the top of my list. Items were excellent quality. The packaging was done with a lot of care. No breakage or issues when it was received. I would certainly mention their name to others that might be shopping for similar items.
