When one of the tiles I ordered was out of stock, I was notified my order would be delayed. Since I was working on a deadline, I emailed a request for a substitution. The substitution was made and my order arrived within a few days. The tiles were all intact, beautiful, and very uniform. The tiles I started my project with were from a different vendor, and those had arrived with some broken due to careless packing and also due to the fact that the tiles were not flat. Their shapes were highly irregular. Thank you LaFuente!

These tiles are so beautiful I want to do everything in Talavera again. Lived in New Mexico for 18 years and so miss all the southwestern design elements, but especially the Talavera tile and sinks, etc. I did send an email to find out your location here in the States and in Mexico, but I got no response from you.
