Could not be happier with La Fuente. I found the tile I want and sent for samples and received them in just a few days. When I chose the one I wanted, my order was processed and delivered within a week. Three tiles arrived broken and were replaced within a week. Excellent products and excellent customer service!

I ordered 27 individual tiles for a project I was working on. They were received in less time than I was expecting and I was very excited when I opened the box! They are BEAUTIFUL! I love how colorful they are. I had ordered a few more than I needed, expecting some to be broken but there was only one tile that had a corner broken, which I will be able to use for something else. I'm very pleased and cannot wait for my next project so I can order more!

Customer Rep were pleasant, but the order procedure was chaotic.I have ordered particular Telavera tiles, which I chose on the computer.Customer Rep accepted order.I have sent my order with numbers and sizes.Then after a few days she stated that my favorite tiles were sold .She stated that she put them away and somebody took them from the box ???.This shows lack of professionalism. I have to substitute many tiles for " similar " ones.
