Tiles arrived packed very well and with individual flat cardboard sheets between each tile. So, no cracks or chips and no damage at all.Tiles are high quality and consistent but also slight variations from being hand made which creates a very authentic Talavera look/texture.Used an angle grinder saw with tile blade to cut. The tiles cut very clean.Used these for my outdoor deck front. Added in some day of the dead tiles and everything looks really great!!

I ordered 16 random tiles of different patterns. Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

I live in Ontario, Canada. I was a little worried when I tried to contact La Fuente using their1-888 phone # and this service was not available in my area. I sent an email to get a quote for shipping. I was given a reply promptly by a customer service rep. I placed the order online which was easy and all I had to do was confirm that I was ok with the shipping cost. I ordered the 4x4 Talavera special tiles - Royal. I am so pleased with the look of the tiles. The colours are vibrant and just what I was hoping for! I liked that a tracking # was provided and even came with insurance just in case. Packaging was perfect and no tiles came damaged. I will definitely recommend to others and will possibly buy more in the near future.
