All our Mexican Talavera tiles are 5/16" thick. A full box in any size will cover 11 square feet.
Please call 1.888.622.0939 to discuss pricing for orders of 15 or more boxes.
Due to the handmade nature of Talavera, colors, designs and dimensions may vary slightly.
The appearance of small surface cracks, or crazing, is a natural characteristic of Talavera tile.

The selection of tiles is outstanding! It was very easy to choose exactly what I needed online. Communication was excellent and shipping was very quick. The tiles arrived well wrapped and not a one was damaged. I am very happy with the quality and beauty of these tiles. Highly recommend LA Fuente!

Great experience purchasing the tiles. Except… i spent a lot of time selecting the tiles i really liked and wanted to use, creating a specific pattern, only to find out that many of the tiles i selected could only be ordered in bulk. Most of the tiles i selected i only needed 4. Others 8. But many could only be ordered in 40 or more. I had to search and select new tiles. Also, i ordered 1 extra tile for each of the tiles i selected to account for any possible breakage. Three of tiles arrived broken. Unfortunately, 2 of the. token tiles were the same pattern, so i need to contact La Fuente to have it replaced. I expect no issues but if i have any, i’ll update my review.

I love the tiles I purchased from La Fuente. This is my second order. I placed several tiles in a dirt strip in front of two benches. They add a beautiful pop of color and visitors in my garden always comment on how beautiful the tiles are and how much color they add. I bought more tiles to add to different areas.

My delivery was past the EDD(Estimated Delivery Date). I contacted Fedex with no prevail so I decided to contact La Fuente to research my package. April responded within the timeframe regarding my concern (day one). On day two she had results that eased my concern along with a new EDD. Great Customer Service always pays off. Kudos April. I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

I'm very pleased with my experience with La Fuente. I had some questions prior to ordering online and the customer service representative was very helpful in helping me select tiles that matched each other (seeing color nuances on a computer monitor is not easy). When the tiles arrived (faster than I anticipated), they were well-packaged which eliminated any shipping casualties. As for the tiles themselves, I'm very happy with the overall quality. Certainly there are some tiles in my order that are more pristine than others, but that's part of the charm of handmade tiles. My tile guy is installing them as I type and he's finding it challenging to deal with imperfections (not all tiles are completely square or exactly the same size), but I'm thoroughly pleased with the way they look collectively on the wall as part of my kitchen backsplash.

I ordered a variety of travertine tile from this company because of the huge variety to pick from. My 90 year old Dad can sit and do projects - so he is covering a wall in my small bathroom in these handmade tile.I ordered over 80 and they can wrapped and packaged very safely. Each tile has different colors and I love the look of a sampler wall.Previously, I ordered a sink from another on line company, but you have a much wider selection - wish I saw you first.I will order more for his next project.

First delivery of clay tiles had several cracked or broken pieces, the wrapping did not appear sufficient in protecting the fragile merchandise. Although the outside of the box was clearly marked fragile, I'm not so sure that the delivery service took the extra care...At that time, I called your Customer service to report the damage and request replacements. The gentleman was very pleasant and accommodating, and followed through. I requested the second delivery to be wrapped with double protection to ensure a safer delivery, which he made sure, and it was, wrapped with extra care. Thank you so much! I love the clay tile :)

Ordered sample tiles to determine if look/color would work. The tiles came quickly to make a decision. Unfortunately, the color did not work for my project. And, one of the tiles came with a chip, making it unusable if I moved forward with the project. As a result, I would be concerned with the quality of any future shipments.
