I am very satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate as was ordering the products. I ordered Talavera tile and a few of them were broken when they arrived. The packaging was really well done so I don't think La Fuente was at fault. The amount of tiles I ordered versus the few that were broken is negligible. I contacted the company and they are sending me replacement tiles at no charge. I would highly recommend La Fuente and will use them again in the future if I am looking for items like what they sell!

These Talavera tiles are beautiful! Bright colors, great quality work, nearly identical size & pattern. I’m very happy with them, they will be the focal point of my kitchen. Perfect look for Bohemian or even French Country inspired design.3 of the 72 tiles were cracked but I don’t believe it was from the packing. All were carefully packed with styrofoam cushions above and below the interior box. Seems unavoidable risk of shipping fragile product so plan accordingly with a few extra.

Ordering was easy and the products came in fast. I would say 80% of the tiles were good and the rest were warped from baking or they were not accruate sizes. Keep in mind that they are all hand made so each tile is slightly different. I managed to make it work for our backsplash

Immediately after placing the order online, I received a call from the company stating that one of the patters was on back order, but that they would send the tiles as soon as it was available. The person was very friendly and the phone call was certainly timely. The only issue I had was that one tile arrived broken in half and another has a corner off of it.

I purchased some tiles and one was not exactly correct. I sent a customer service request through their website and got an immediate response and a new tile was put in the mail that day. Great customer service! I would recommend this company to others. My only negative comment is that the shipping on my order seemed excessive.

Even though we placed a small order for about 20 Talavera tiles, we got a prompt phone call informing us that one of the tiles was out of stock and offering options. Our order was well packed and arrived quickly and without any damage.
