LaFuente Imports was unknown to me prior to this purchase; the product was not. Having been recently scammed by a company I was not familiar with, I took extra precautions before making my purchase. Purchase was easy. Delivery was faster than I would have imagined, and the packaging could not have been any more protective. I was totally impressed. I was very pleased after receiving the pottery except that one pot had a chip at the bottom. I do not believe the chip came from shipping as there was no damage to the box and everything was very well packed in bubble wrap. It is my believe that La Fuente did not inspect the pots before they were shipped. I did not complain to the company because it is not worth my time and trouble.But for the chipped pot, they would have received 5 starts. I ordered 4 pots. Two are quite beautiful and different from what one normally finds. Two are typical, but I knew that. I believe it is one of the typical pots that has the chip.
