Materials
Every charming piece in our Rustic Pine Furniture Collection is produced with care from newly milled and kiln-dried Ponderosa pine. The pieces are finished with an antique brown furniture wax to accentuate the wood's natural grain, and all door and drawer pulls are hand-forged wrought iron with a chocolate finish.

The merchandise itself was delivered in good condition. However, the shipping experience was disappointing. The contracted carrier uses a 27-foot trailer that cannot access many secondary roads. So not only is the truck unable to deliver to the customer's door, it may not even be able to get to the customer's road. In our case, we had to drive 15 minutes to a shopping center to meet the truck, offload the product, and move it onto our pickup truck. If we did not have a pickup truck, the product would probably had been returned to the merchant as undeliverable. And on top of all this, we paid over $*** for delivery! Not a good situation, and the merchant really needs to have a better method of getting the merchandise delivered to the customer. So just beware of this problem before you order from this merchant.

Everything was great and as as expected and promised. The only thing was in seemed strange that an in stock item takes so long before it even ships. Why would it take that long to box it, create a shipping ticket and get it out the door. And they charge your card before it ships.Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

The customer service representatives at La Fuente were fantastic! Always able to answer questions and address concerns!The transport company was easy to work with. However, when the shipment arrived at my place of business they basically unloaded and took off. I didn't even get over to our shipping department to inspect the delivery before they high tailed it out of there.
